This system is a 100% solids, aromatic, cementitious urethane concrete coating formulated to withstand aggressive chemical and thermal attack, and is the answer for the most abusive environments, including food-processing areas helping to maintain a clean and hyginic environment.

This urethane based system is a heavy duty seamless resurfacer that provides exceptional durability and service. It is deal for restoration, repair or new construction and bonds permanently to most any type of sound substrate and cures quickly for minimal down time.

Poly-Crete HF

It is a solid color, trowel-applied floor system designed to withstand aggressive chemical and thermal attack while providing abrasion resistance. Its coefficient of thermal expansion is similar to concrete making it very resistant to thermal shock.

Poly-Crete SL

This system is typically installed at a nominal thickness of 1/8 to 3/16 inches. This should be determined by service, cleaning temperatures, severity of traffic, point impact and loadings. Topcoats of epoxy, urethane or methyl methacrylate are used depending on performance requirements.
