Aliana is a neighborhood located in Fort Bend County, east of Grand Parkway and northwest of Sugar Land.
It is a new master-planned neighborhood that is one of the most popular communities in the county. Residents have easy access to several major roads, including Westpark Tollway and FM 1464.
The neighborhood has received several awards, including the National Home Builders’ Gold Award and the Texas Association of Builders’ Developer of the Year.
Aliana broke ground in 2007 on a tract of land that was acquired by Dallas developer Paul Cheng in 2005. The development was revamped in 2010 to meet the demand for homes in the neighborhood, and today features over 4000 single-family homes.
Though Aliana is a majorly residential neighborhood, it also features various things to do for residents.
These activities include The Club at Aliana and The Westmoor Club. Both of these recreational centers offer various amenities for residents, including swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness centers, and more.
Aliana also features the Market Place at Aliana, which is also known as Aliana Shopping Center. This shopping center has 400,000 square feet of retail space, including Target and H-E-B.
Residents can also access two exclusive golf clubs, Black Hawk Country Club and Shadow Hawk Country Club. They are very close to the community and are directly south of Aliana.
Residents can use the many trails that are part of the community and enjoy a leisurely stroll on weekends.
There are currently over 4000 homes in the neighborhood, and most are new constructions. Homes range from waterfront estates to gated communities. As one of the most popular master-planned communities in the country, Aliana’s homes can sell for anywhere between $250,000 to $1 million.
With various family-friendly activities easily accessible and an on-site elementary school, the Madden Elementary School, Aliana is a popular choice for families to live in.
